Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


 

Freshness & Packaging

Pro Dough products are carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit. While we take every precaution, we recommend refrigerating or storing products according to the instructions upon delivery.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Pro Dough is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, reach out to our support team.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Returns Due to Shipping Delays

Due to the perishable nature of food products, shipping delays caused by carriers are not eligible for refunds. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will review issues on a case-by-case basis.
